In June '23, we started going through the archive of Project space SIGN, looking for exhibition texts, artist bio's and other writings. We started a long-term project, in which we present curated collections per ~5 years. This collection is the first result of that. The texts collected underneath give an impression of the role of text in the early phases of this essential art space. Later, more chapters will follow, slowly going through the respective quinquennia.
